These socks are not only gorgeous, they support a very worthy cause. The depiction of the quokkas is excellent. In almost every picture I have seen of them, quokkas look exasperated. I suspect that is because somebody has just shoved a camera or phone right in front of the poor quokka's face. The sock pictures capture the expression perfectly. I bought pairs of these socks to send to friends in America who have visited Australia a couple of times and love Australian animals. My friends are retired school teachers who of course appreciate the value of books, especially for disadvantaged kids. Brilliant. Couldn't be better. Thank you!
