I have quite a collection of animal/bird socks, the latest addition being the Numbat Sock. I love the Numbats as an animal for their feisty nature as well as their good looks. The Numbat joins an august crowd in my collection, such as the Tassy Devil, Spotted Quoll, Platypus , etc. I'm mainly a bird man but I do have favourites in the animals. Great work Sydney Sock Co. - long may you reign.
I really love these socks & my Hubbie bought me a pack of bird socks for my birthday. They are sold as size 7 to 12, but they are way too big for a size 7 foot (I have a true size7/38 foot). Sadly I'm unable to wear them. The bird design and fabric are lovely though.

The standard size was too small for a woman's size 8-9, but fit my partners feet with a men's size shoe 11. Cute socks!
Was really excited to purchase the socks to send them to my family in Ireland as the perfect Australia souvenir! But unfortunately the quality of the socks I received are really poor, they are bally after one wear. I washed them once, turned them inside out on a good wash and the colours have faded. Would have requested my money but did not want to be negative as I greatly admire the ethos of Sydney sock project!
