Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
If you're located in Australia we offer free shipping on orders over AUD $60.00. Shipping rates vary for international orders outside of Australia. See Shipping Info for more information on international orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is handed to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link. Simply click on the link and you will be re-directed to the Australia Post tracking site where you can see live updates of your order.
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order may be on pre-order. If you haven't received any email confirmations or updates please send our team an email to support@sydneysockproject.com and we will track your order for you.
I think my order is lost/ hasn't been delivered?
Sometimes thing don't go to plan, and although Australia Post & Sendle generally make deliveries Australia wide within 2-8 days, there may be delays. Simply check your tracking link for the latest updated delivery date.
If your item still hasn't been delivered after 14 days get in touch with our team by emailing support@sydneysockproject.com and we can launch an investigation with the shipping provider.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped out by us, you can absolutely change your shipping address. Please send an email to support@sydneysockproject.com quoting your order number and the new shipping address.
Product Questions
What size are the socks?
Our adult socks are all one size fits all and can comfortably fit all feet with the following shoe sizes:
US 7 - 12
UK 5 - 10
Euro 37 - 42
Our KIDS socks are recommended for children aged 4-8 years.
How should I wash the socks?
We recommend hand or machine washing your socks in cold water.
- Avoid mixing with other colours
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
Can I suggest a design idea?
Yes of course! A lot of our popular designs (including the Coffee & Poo Sock) came as a suggestion from a customer. We always love hearing what you have in mind so send our team an email to support@sydneysockproject.com and we will consider your request.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes we sure do! Looking to put your companies logo/team slogan/friends dog on a sock?
Send our team an email to support@sydneysockproject.com and we will send through all relevant information to begin a wholesale customised order. Please note our MOQ is 250 pairs.

Yes, provided you are an Australian business and your operations align with our values.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my socks?
Yes, all orders can be returned for an exchange or refund provided it is returned within 30 days from placing your order. All items must be un-used and it's in new condition.
Send our team an email to support@sydneysockproject.com quoting your order number and items you wish to return.
How long until my return is processed?
Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse and is inspected by our team, we will either refund you or immediately send out your exchanged socks.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
When the exchanged items have been inspected and approved for a refund, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to reach your account.
