Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees of Sydney Sock Project and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

Starts Tuesday, 18 November at 12:01am AEDT and ends Thursday, 20 November at 12:01am AEDT (48 hours).

3. How to Enter

  • Place an order of AUD $50 or more in a single transaction at sydneysockproject.com.au during the Promotion Period.

  • 1 order = 1 entry (multiple entries allowed across separate orders).

  • $50 threshold is calculated after discounts, before shipping.

  • Pre-orders count. Gift card–only orders are excluded (orders that use a gift card as payment for merchandise still qualify).

  • Cancelled/refunded/chargeback orders (or partial refunds that reduce the merchandise value below $50) are void and entries may be removed.

4. Prize Details

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Random electronic draw: Thu 20 Nov 2025, 10:00am AEDT (Sydney, NSW)

  • Notification: Winner contacted via email/SMS within 3 business days; may be announced on @sydneysockproject

  • Claim window: 7 days to claim/verify

  • Redraw (if required): Thu 27 Nov 2025, 10:00am AEDT (same location)

  • Finality: Promoter’s decisions are final

6. Delivery

  • Prize delivered to a valid AU street address nominated by the winner

  • Promoter covers reasonable shipping to AU.

  • Risk passes on delivery; the Promoter isn’t liable for loss/damage after delivery

7. Verification

  • Proof of identity, age, residency and qualifying purchase may be required

  • Fraudulent/incomplete entries, or orders cancelled/refunded/chargebacked, are invalid

  • The Promoter may disqualify non-compliant entries at its discretion

8. Publicity

  • By entering, participants consent to use of first name/initial + suburb for winner announcements and reasonable promotion without further payment

9. Privacy

  • Personal information is used to administer the promotion and for marketing per the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see site footer)

  • Participants can opt out of marketing at any time

10. Liability

  • Except for non-excludable guarantees, the Promoter isn’t responsible for technical failures, entry errors, third-party delays, or injury/loss arising from the prize

  • If the promotion is interfered with (fraud, technical issues, force majeure), the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel and/or substitute an equivalent prize
