Suicide remains the leading cause of death for Australians aged between 15 and 44. This statistic represents the fact that suicide is a prominent public health concern within Australia. A simple conversation can have tremendous impacts to those suffering depression and at risk of suicide.
Although being such a complex issue, the R U OK? Charity continuously strives to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life.
