Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees of Sydney Sock Project and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Enter

  • Every order placed during the Sydney Sock Project Black Friday Sale between 25 November and 27 November 2025 (the 72-hour giveaway period) will automatically qualify as an entry.

  • Multiple entries are permitted — each order counts as one entry.

3. Prize Details

  • Holiday Package: A Jetstar Holidays package to Bali for 2 adults, valued at approximately $2,000 AUD, including:

    • Return flights (Jetstar Economy Starter fares)

    • 3 nights accommodation at Alaya Resort Ubud, twin share.

  • Valid Travel Dates: 1 December 2025 – 31 October 2026.

  • Availability may be limited on weekends, school holidays, and major events.

  • Alternative Prize Option: If the winner chooses not to travel, they may opt for a $2,000 AUD cash prize instead.

4. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be drawn at random on 28 November 2025 at Sydney Sock Project HQ.

  • The winner will be notified via email and phone within 48 hours of the draw.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw will take place.

5. Prize Conditions

  • The winner must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from date of travel.

  • The prize does not include travel insurance, transfers, meals, or additional expenses.

  • The winner is responsible for any visa requirements, vaccinations, and compliance with travel regulations.

  • Prize bookings are subject to Jetstar Holidays’ booking conditions, limited availability, and seasonal surcharges.

  • Prices are not guaranteed until payment is made in full and Jetstar Holidays confirms the booking.

6. General Conditions

  • Sydney Sock Project reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process.

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by Sydney Sock Project (e.g., social media content).

  • Sydney Sock Project is not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses incurred as a result of accepting or using the prize.
