Once your order is handed to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link. Simply click on the link and you will be re-directed to the Australia Post tracking site where you can see live updates of your order.

Sometimes thing don't go to plan, and although Australia Post generally make deliveries Australia wide within 2-8 days, there may be delays. Simply check your tracking link for the latest updated delivery date.
If your item still hasn't been delivered after 14 days get in touch with our team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.
If your order has not yet been shipped out by us, you can absolutely change your shipping address. Please send an email to email@example.com quoting your order number and the new shipping address.
Yes, for our main range of designs you can choose between the following charities to support:

- R U OK?: 10% of proceeds
- Books in Homes Australia: 4 Days Worth of Educational Supplies for a Child
We have a variety of designs that have made in collaboration with our charity partner and the donation is exclusive to that charity. For example, our Bee Sock exclusively supports Bee Conservation through Save The Bees Australia.

Your order will be packaged in our recyclable wrapping paper and neatly placed in a bio-degradable parcel before being sent out to you. If you place a larger order you can expect your socks to arrive in a box also packaged using sustainable materials.
